This site is an independent, fan-driven cricket publication. We are not the official Hyderabad Kingsmen Pakistan Super League franchise, the PCB, or the PSL. We are a Pakistan cricket community building original analysis, player profiles, venue guides, and match coverage.

What we cover

Pakistan cricket, broadly. Test, ODI, and T20I cricket featuring Pakistan. Tours, series, ICC events, Champions Trophy preparation, Pakistan A. The international side of Pakistan cricket is the biggest story for a Pakistani fan and we treat it that way.

The Pakistan Super League. All eight teams, every season, with a slightly heavier focus on Hyderabad Kingsmen because the domain name lends itself to it and because the franchise’s debut-season story is one of PSL’s all-time best. We cover Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Hyderabad Kingsmen, and Rawalpindiz with equal seriousness.

Hyderabad and Sindh cricket. Local domestic cricket, the academies, school-level talent, the Niaz Stadium gameday experience. The stuff bigger publications skip because it doesn’t draw national attention.

Player profiles. All PSL squads, key Pakistan internationals, rising domestic players. We try to write the profile that explains the cricket, not just the career.

How we write

Original analysis. Crisp, slightly opinionated, Pakistani-English voice. We cite sources at the bottom of every post. We publish in English and Urdu, with each piece available in both languages via the toggle in the site header.

A note on the name

The site is called Hyderabad Kingsmen because the domain is hyderabadkingsmen.com and because the franchise is the most compelling cricket story coming out of Sindh in our lifetime. We are however very clear: we are not the franchise, not affiliated with the franchise, and do not claim to be. See our Editorial Disclaimer for the full statement.

Possible future ownership

We have built this site as a community asset. The domain, the content, the SEO foundation, and the automation tooling are designed so they could be transferred to the official Hyderabad Kingsmen franchise (or another suitable cricket organization) at the right time. In the meantime, we are independent and we report independently.

Who runs it

A small team of Pakistan cricket fans. We use editorial AI to help draft posts under human direction. Every post is reviewed before publication. We are based in Pakistan.
